At Redtily, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

1. 7-Day Return Policy
You can request a return within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and unwashed
- All original tags must be attached
- The product must be in original packaging
- The item should not be damaged by the customer
Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Innerwear and personal care items
- Accessories (unless damaged or defective)
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Gift cards

3. How to Request a Return
To request a return:
- Log in to your account on our website
- Go to “My Orders”
- Select the product you want to return
- Submit a return request
If you checked out as a guest, please contact our support team with your order number.
Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
4. Return Pickup & Shipping
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will arrange pickup at no extra cost.
- If the return is due to size issue or personal preference, return shipping charges may apply.
The product must pass our quality inspection after we receive it.
5. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refunds will be processed & credited within 5–7 working days
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you may need to share your bank details or UPI ID for refund processing & credited.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- If cancelled successfully, a full refund will be processed.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
7. Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- First check with your bank or payment provider
- If the issue continues, contact our support team with your order number
