- All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.

Estimated delivery time depends on your location:
- Metro cities: 3–5 working days
- Other cities and towns: 5–7 working days
- Remote areas: 7–10 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unexpected situations.

- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before payment.
- We may offer free shipping on selected products or on orders above a certain amount.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number.
- You can track your order through the courier partner’s website.
- If you have an account, you can also check order status in the “My Account” section.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

If you receive a damaged product or if any item is missing:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos and your order number
